Water is an essential element of our life.

Water = source of life.

Human body is composed of 60% of water. Our organism contains water that we need to renew regularly. Every day we eliminate about 2.5 litters of water.

If food provides about 1 litter of this precious liquid, it means that drinks, especially water, have to complete those losses (1.5 litters).

 

THE BENEFITS OF WATER:
Water hydrates our cells and helps to fight the cutaneous
ageing.
Water brings to the cells nutriments, rock salt and oligo-
elements.
Water detoxifies our cells and aids to eliminate toxins
Water colds our organism.

Various waters are offered to the consumer: some are treated or not, some have recognised therapeutic powers or not.

However all of them correspond to the quality norms required by Europe and France where the legislation is stronger. Tap water does not have dangers but it does not contain all the oligo-element and rock salt that have bottled waters.

Because we need 1.5 litters per day, it is better to choose waters adapted to our particular needs.

Beneficial effects of some rock salt and oligo-elements that are in bottled waters :

MAGNESIUM : good for cells, excellent against the stress, the tiredness and headaches.
